By accessing or using the pkt365 platform — including the website at pkt365.org, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, wallet services, and customer support features made available therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "these Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pkt365 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pkt365 platform and close your account.

pkt365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. pkt365 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All players must successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process using a valid Pakistani CNIC before any withdrawal is processed. Where the platform has reasonable suspicion that a player may be under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and any funds held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the pkt365 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any held balances.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report suspected unauthorised access to our support team.

pkt365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any stage if the platform determines, in its sole discretion, that the account poses a compliance, fraud, or reputational risk.

pkt365 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as a condition of operating a compliant online gaming platform. KYC is mandatory and must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. In some cases, pkt365 may request KYC documentation at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the player relationship.

Standard KYC documentation required by pkt365 includes:

Bank transfers may take up to two banking hours during business days. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times on the Tron network.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. Standard withdrawal processing time at pkt365 is within one hour for verified accounts during business hours (PKT UTC+5). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. pkt365 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds.

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the pkt365 server records, the server records shall be the definitive reference.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on pkt365 — including cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 World Cup, ODI series, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to pkt365's sportsbook rules. These rules cover settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play bet acceptance, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. Key points include:

• PSL and international cricket bets are settled on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC).

Technical Errors: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or any technical fault that affects a game or bet in progress, pkt365 will make reasonable efforts to settle the event fairly using available server data. Any bets placed at obviously incorrect or erroneous odds may be voided at pkt365's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkt365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances held, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using any software bot, automated script, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to interact with any pkt365 game or sportsbook market.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable Pakistani or international law.

pkt365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their pkt365 account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkt365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's suitability for any particular purpose.

pkt365 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions made by players based on information, odds, statistics, or analysis displayed on the platform. All betting and gaming decisions are made entirely at the player's own risk.

pkt365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Any other circumstance in which pkt365 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the account holder themselves.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the PKR wallet — after deduction of any bonus funds, funds under investigation, or amounts subject to legal hold — will be returned to the player via the last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and applicable processing timelines.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting pkt365 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pkt365 operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the pkt365 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pkt365, players are encouraged to first contact our support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. Our support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly, typically within five business days of receipt.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in pkt365's Complaints Procedure, details of which are available by contacting our support team. All disputes will be considered on their individual merits.
